Is there any way to have VSO retrieve email messages and create new support requests?
 Not in ver 2.0.27, VSO is a secure help desk software thus the user must be register prior to submit any support request, so it will not support anonymous requests coming from the monitored email account. VSO will be monitoring the support account and if incoming email does not have a valid case number will be stored as junk email.

** UPDATE VER 3.0 **
VSO-XP new release coming 3.0 includes a new module called "Email Router" that will monitor and parse email messages and create cases based on configurable rules. (i.e. mail sender, word in subject or body).
